HOYA Vision Care has acquired Centennial Optical, a Canadian distributor of ophthalmic frames, lenses, sunglasses, lab supplies and optical accessories. The deal will combine Centennial’s distribution network and customer relationships with HOYA’s products and technologies to strengthen service and support for the Canadian eye‑care market.
