IRIS Software Group has acquired Swipeclock, a U.S.-based provider of cloud workforce management and HCM solutions, to accelerate Swipeclock's product roadmap and expand IRIS' integrated HCM offerings for the US SMB market. The seller was Inverness Graham; financial terms were not disclosed.

ISH Group Acquires HRLocker

ISH Group has acquired HRLocker, an Ireland-based B2B SaaS HRIS platform serving SMEs in Ireland and the UK. The deal adds HRLocker’s ~860 SME customers and HRIS capabilities to ISH’s portfolio of SaaS businesses and will see HRLocker COO Crystel Robbins Rynne promoted to CEO as founder Adam Coleman transitions out.
