IBS Software Acquires Above Property Services (APS) for $90 Million

IBS Software, a SaaS provider for the travel industry, has agreed to acquire Above Property Services (APS) for $90 million. The deal is intended to strengthen IBS Software’s hospitality offering by adding APS’s CRS, PMS, RMS and related call center and demand-side capabilities to its existing booking and distribution platform used by 36,000+ hotels.
