ICA Acquires Fluor’s Stake in ICA-Fluor Daniel for $175 Million

Fluor Corporation has sold its equity interest in the ICA-Fluor Daniel joint venture to its longtime partner ICA for $175 million. The deal gives ICA full control of the JV and allows Fluor to redirect capital and management attention to other strategic growth priorities, while keeping the ability to support ICA’s Mexico projects on a project-by-project basis.
