ICAPE Group signed and later completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the Japanese PCB distributor NTW Group. The deal expands ICAPE’s network in Asia—especially Japan—by adding NTW’s local customer base and supplier reach, while leveraging ICAPE’s global logistics and services platform.
