Boston-based private equity firm New Heritage Capital made a platform investment in Icelandirect, a Clifton, New Jersey-based importer, manufacturer and packager of marine oils and nutraceutical products. The transaction was completed through Heritage's Private IPO structure, allowing Icelandirect's co-founders to reinvest and retain operating control while providing liquidity and capital to expand the company's ingredient offering and in-house capabilities.

Somafina Acquires UST Corporation
