Integris, backed by OMERS Private Equity, announced its acquisition of TechMD, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider. The deal also includes TechMD’s security division, 1nteger Security, expanding Integris’ “future-ready MSP” capabilities and footprint, particularly in serving small to midsize businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
