IDG Communications has acquired Selling Simplified, a Marketing-as-a-Service platform that provides lead generation products, enriched B2B data and intent-driven marketing technology. The deal adds Selling Simplified’s global dataset (160M+ B2B records) and its Demandcentr platform to IDG’s MarTech stack to expand IDG’s lead-generation and intent-data capabilities.
