IK Partners' IK X Fund has signed an agreement to acquire DRIESCHER GmbH from the founding family shareholders, with the family reinvesting and co-founders of Czech subsidiary DRIBO selling and reinvesting into the Group. DRIESCHER, a German manufacturer of medium- and low-voltage switches and switchgear with ~500 employees across Germany and the Czech Republic, will partner with IK to pursue product innovation, expand aftersales services, grow in Germany and internationally, and consider bolt-on acquisitions.

IK Partners' IK Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in Schwingshandl automation technology GmbH, a Holzhausen (near Linz), Austria-based provider of customised intralogistics automation solutions. The founders, Thomas Schwingshandl and Enrico Larcher, will retain a significant minority stake and Schwingshandl will pursue continued investment in people, broadened service offerings and international expansion with IK's support.

IG&H, headquartered in Utrecht with ~350 employees and offices in Lisbon, Porto and Munich, provides consultancy, data analytics, low-code development and proprietary digital solutions for clients in pensions, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare; IK will support international expansion and M&A-driven consolidation.

GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.

Mérieux Equity Partners takes a minority stake alongside IK, founders and management remain invested, and EQT Credit provided senior secured (unitranche) financing to support the transaction.
