IK Partners Acquires CONET from H.I.G. Capital

CONET is a German IT consulting, systems-integration and software development firm focused on public-sector and enterprise digital transformation, employing over 1,100 people across Germany, Austria and Croatia; the deal is subject to antitrust clearance.

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.
