IG&H, headquartered in Utrecht with ~350 employees and offices in Lisbon, Porto and Munich, provides consultancy, data analytics, low-code development and proprietary digital solutions for clients in pensions, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare; IK will support international expansion and M&A-driven consolidation.

The investment will support Pr0ph3cy's organic growth (including hiring >100 people), technology development (AI-enabled SOC and SIEM capabilities) and targeted acquisitions to expand its footprint in France, Europe and Canada while founder Arthur Bataille retains control.

Management (led by Eric Petco and Sonia Levy-Odier) will co-invest alongside IK to support accelerated international expansion, strengthen B2G/B2B capabilities and continue product and platform investment; Skill & You reported ~€115m revenue in 2020, ~120,000 students and ~850 employees.
