Improving Acquires YoppWorks to Expand into Canada

Improving, a PE-backed technology consulting and custom software firm, has acquired Ottawa-based application development consultancy YoppWorks. The deal expands Improving’s presence in Canada, adds cloud-native and Scala/Akka expertise to its capabilities, and will keep YoppWorks’ leadership team in place as part of the Improving platform.
