Industrial Physics acquired Vitrek, including the MTI and GaGe brands, from the Branford Castle Fund, managed by Branford Castle Partners. Vitrek makes electronic test and precision measurement equipment for industries including aerospace, defense, semiconductors and medical devices; the transaction closed upon signing, and financial terms were not disclosed.
