Industrial Service Solutions (ISS) acquired Worldwide Diesel Power Inc., a Jacksonville, Florida-based diesel engine services company focused on two-stroke and four-stroke engine overhauls, machining, and workshop/field services. The deal expands ISS’s diesel engine service capabilities and strengthens its Southeast presence, with Worldwide Diesel Power ceasing operations after customers are supported from the Jacksonville facility under ISS.
