Industrial Thermal Services (ITS), supported by Amberjack Capital Partners, has acquired On-Site Stress Relieving Services (OSR), a regional specialist in post-weld heat treating and on-site thermal services. The deal adds OSR locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; and Topeka, Kansas, expanding ITS's national footprint and field-service capabilities.
