Inflexion Invests in TC Group

Inflexion has completed an investment from its Enterprise Fund V into TC Group, a UK provider of accountancy, tax, audit and payroll services to SMEs. The partnership will back TC Group's buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the fragmented UK accountancy market; TC operates 29 local offices, employs over 500 people and serves almost 15,000 customers.
