Infobase has acquired Firsthand, a career mentoring and alumni engagement platform, and will merge it into its Vault brand to create an integrated employer-branding and career-readiness offering. Infobase — a portfolio company of Centre Lane Partners — expects the combination to fuse Vault's career content and rankings with Firsthand's engagement tools to expand capabilities for students, alumni and employers.
