Northlane Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Infobase

Northlane Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Infobase, a New York–based provider of cloud-based educational content and learning platforms. Centre Lane Partners and Infobase management retain significant continued equity, and NCP will support Infobase's growth and M&A initiatives to expand its position in K–12, higher education and corporate learning markets.
