Innovex International Acquires TCO Group AS

Innovex International, Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire TCO Group AS in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $95 million. The deal is expected to close in early Q3 2026 and will expand Innovex’s presence in Norway and the UAE while adding TCO’s glass barrier and well-completion/tubing-conveyed perforating technologies.
