Internet Commerce Acquires EasyLink Services Corporation

Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) agreed to acquire EasyLink Services Corporation for $5.80 per share in cash, implying an aggregate transaction value of approximately $67 million. The deal, financed in part by York Capital Management, brings EasyLink's outsourced business-process automation, EDI and managed transaction services into ICC to expand capabilities, international presence and realize operational synergies.
