Investcorp has acquired CloudCare S.p.A., a Rome-based tech-enabled digital sales and marketing platform that operates consumer comparison site ComparaSemplice.it and provides CRM/AI-driven lead generation for energy, telecom and insurance providers. CloudCare founder and CEO Andrea Conte retains a meaningful stake and will continue to lead the business as Investcorp supports expansion into new market segments and accelerated growth.
