iRhythm Holdings to Acquire VitalConnect, Expanding Its Cardiac Monitoring Platform

iRhythm Holdings, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VitalConnect, a privately held wearable biosensor and ambulatory cardiac monitoring company. The deal is valued at approximately $287.5 million, including about $237.5 million in cash funded from iRhythm’s balance sheet and about $50 million in iRhythm common stock.
