Iron Oak Energy Solutions LLC has acquired High Roller Sand, adding a low-cost proppant facility near Kermit in Winkler County, Texas to expand its Permian Basin footprint and increase in-basin production capacity. The acquisition raises Iron Oak's annual production capacity and strengthens its network to serve Midland and Delaware Basin operators more reliably.
