ITE Management L.P. Acquires North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC)

ITE Management L.P. announced it acquired North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC) to expand its North American intermodal chassis platform to more than 60,000 assets. The deal adds more than 20,000 chassis to ITE’s existing chassis businesses (Milestone Chassis and Trend Intermodal), with customers able to access term leases, daily rentals, chassis pools, and customized programs.
