Touchstone Advisors announced the sale of Minore's Meats, Inc. to J&M Vital Provisions, LLC. Minore's is a third-generation, family-owned specialty distributor of fresh and frozen beef, pork, poultry and other food products serving independent restaurants, banquet facilities, and further processors in Connecticut and southern Massachusetts.
