The deal expands Quantum's end-to-end electronics lifecycle services — including deployment, rental, repair, asset disposition and recycling — and increases the combined company's Canadian footprint and capabilities.

STCR (Mangrove Portfolio Company) Acquires SIR Solutions

Mangrove Equity Partners' portfolio company STCR has completed an add-on acquisition of SIR Solutions, a Montreal-based provider of retail point-of-sale and back-office technology for grocers. The transaction more than doubles STCR's organization, expands its geographic presence into Canada, and adds POS hardware, software, professional services and maintenance capabilities.
