Eaton Acquires Ultra PCS Limited from Cobham Ultra Group for $1.55 Billion

Eaton has completed the acquisition of Ultra PCS Limited from the Cobham Ultra Group for $1.55 billion. The deal brings Ultra PCS’s electronic controls, sensing, stores-ejection and data-processing solutions into Eaton’s Aerospace portfolio to expand capability in mission-critical aerospace and defense systems and is expected to be accretive to Eaton’s Aerospace margins and growth.
