Expereo has acquired Breeze Networks, a UK-based managed SD-WAN/SASE service provider, to strengthen its SD-WAN/SASE practice and expand its managed network services in the UK. The deal is supported by Expereo's majority investor Vitruvian Partners and minority investor Apax Partners SAS; Breeze's CTO Matthew Lea joins Expereo as Technical Portfolio Lead.
