SCHEMA Group Acquires TID Informatik GmbH

The SCHEMA Group has increased its stake in TID Informatik GmbH from 27% to 100%, making TID a wholly owned subsidiary. TID, a German developer of the CATALOGcreator software for electronic spare parts catalogs and service information, will continue to operate independently under its existing management while expanding SCHEMA's content lifecycle management product portfolio.

Ricoh Acquires DocuWare from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital

Ricoh Company, Ltd. has agreed to acquire DocuWare GmbH, a Germany-headquartered provider of cloud and on‑premises document management and workflow automation software, from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital. The acquisition gives Ricoh broader content services and cloud software capabilities to serve DocuWare’s more than 12,000 customers globally.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires Davisware LLC

ECI Software Solutions has acquired Davisware LLC, a provider of ERP and field service management software, from Serent Capital. The acquisition adds Davisware’s Vision, GlobalEdge, and GlobalWarranty products to ECI’s portfolio and expands ECI’s footprint across commercial food equipment, commercial HVAC & refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overhead garage door industries in North America.

JDM Technology Group Acquires Successware

The deal expands JDM's B2B software portfolio and strengthens its presence in the North American market; Successware will continue to operate under its own brand.

ICT Group Acquires DWG Automation

ICT Group has acquired Schiedam-based system integrator DWG Automation, a company of approximately 120 employees that supplies industrial automation, electrical engineering and industrial IT solutions. DWG will operate under ICT Group's Industry and Vital Infrastructure division to expand capabilities and geographic presence (including Botlek and North Holland) and to support end markets such as tank terminals, energy, food and infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.

ProcessMaker Acquires Doculayer to Add Intelligent Document Processing

ProcessMaker has acquired Doculayer, an Amsterdam-based intelligent document processing (IDP) specialist, to integrate next-generation document classification and data-extraction capabilities into its low-code business process management platform. The deal brings Doculayer's AI/ML-powered OCR and unstructured-document processing into ProcessMaker's product suite to accelerate process automation, improve compliance, and deliver greater operational efficiency for enterprise customers in banking, higher education, and manufacturing.
