Comvest Partners has acquired Gen3 Marketing, a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based digital marketing and affiliate marketing agency, from Longshore Capital Partners. Gen3 will become a new platform in Comvest's portfolio to support accelerated growth and capability expansion; terms were not disclosed and financing was provided by Stellus Capital Management and PennantPark Investment Advisers.
