Tenstorrent has acquired Blue Cheetah Analog Design, a start-up that provides analog mixed-signal die-to-die interconnect IP used in chiplet-based products. The acquisition brings Blue Cheetah's interconnect IP and engineering team in-house to accelerate Tenstorrent's chiplet roadmap and support its open chiplet ecosystem for AI and RISC-V solutions.
