TriSpan Opportunities Fund LP acquired a majority interest in PG Dental Holdings, LLC in partnership with the company's management team and owners of certain affiliated practices. PG Dental is a regional dental support organization providing non-clinical administrative services to affiliated dental practices across the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions; the company supported dentists who served approximately 70,000 patients in 2018. Financial terms were not disclosed.

PG Dental Holdings Merges with Allied Dental Holdings

PG Dental Holdings, backed by TriSpan, has completed a merger with Allied Dental Holdings to create the largest dental service organization (DSO) footprint in New Jersey and expand presence in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Pro forma the transaction, the combined organization will manage 79 multi-specialty practices employing over 200 dentists and more than 130 corporate staff.

PG Dental Holdings Acquires Bergen Family Dental (Bayonne, NJ)

The deal was supported by lender BankUnited and continues ProSmile's roll-up strategy as a TriSpan portfolio company expanding via add-on acquisitions.

TriSpan and Keyhaven Capital Acquire Real Good Dental

The transaction positions Real Good Dental for accelerated growth through geographic expansion, service offering expansion (including aesthetics under the Westerwood Health brand) and add-on consolidation across the UK.
