Ross Video Acquires ioversal

Ross Video has acquired ioversal, the creator of the Vertex immersive AV production suite, to expand into experiential technologies and strengthen its end-to-end live production ecosystem. The deal brings ioversal’s media-server, interactive control and immersive experience capabilities into Ross’s product portfolio, enabling deeper integration of video, audio, lighting and control for interactive exhibits, live entertainment and large-scale productions.
