Quaker Houghton Acquires Dipsol Chemicals and Announces Acquisition of Natech Ltd.

Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) completed the acquisition of Dipsol Chemicals Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Japan) for 23 billion JPY (~$153 million) and announced the acquisition of U.K.-based Natech, Ltd. for approximately £4 million (~$5.2 million). The transactions expand Quaker Houghton's surface treatment and plating solution capabilities, broaden its product portfolio and geographic footprint, and are expected to create cross‑sell opportunities across automotive and industrial end markets.
