Ironwood Capital and Tenaz Capital Invest in Tracked Lifts

Ironwood Capital has made subordinated debt and minority equity investments in Tracked Lifts, LLC, a New Oxford, Pennsylvania-based distributor of Platform Basket and Omme tracked multi-terrain and trailer-mounted aerial lifts. The financing — which involves Tenaz Capital as an existing investor/partner — will fund staffing, systems improvements and market expansion as Tracked Lifts scales operations under incoming CEO Jim Grande.
