Jennmar Acquires Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Jennmar, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance, LLC to expand the service offerings of its Jennmar Services (JMS) business. JMS will assume Rohrig's customer agreements and continue operating Rohrig's existing facilities; terms were not disclosed.
