Jensen Hughes acquired the Canadian operations of Professional Loss Control Inc., doing business as PLC Fire Safety Engineering, expanding its fire and life safety engineering footprint across Canada. The deal strengthens Jensen Hughes' capabilities in high-risk sectors—including nuclear, transit, industrial and healthcare—and will be integrated with support from its PE backer, Gryphon Investors.
