Jensen Hughes, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, acquired SAFire, a Seoul-based fire protection engineering firm, to expand its core fire engineering capabilities in Korea and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The acquisition strengthens Jensen Hughes' fire protection design, code consulting and performance-based design offerings and deepens relationships with major Korean industrial clients.
