TransDigm Acquires Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings

TransDigm Group has acquired Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings in a cash transaction valued at approximately $2.2 billion, including certain tax benefits. The deal was previously announced as a binding stock purchase agreement between TransDigm and Vance Street Capital and is focused on expanding TransDigm’s proprietary aerospace aftermarket portfolio, particularly Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) components, repairs, and engineering services.
