JLL Partners Acquires Life Couriers from AUCTUS Capital Partners

JLL Partners completed its acquisition of Life Couriers, a Munich-based provider of time-critical healthcare and life sciences logistics, from an affiliate of AUCTUS Capital Partners. JLL plans to invest in the company’s people and operations and support its expansion into additional geographic markets; Bain Capital provided a €130 million credit facility to support the acquisition.
