Kane Infrastructure Services Holdings, an Aterian Investment Partners portfolio company, has acquired NET100, a Mid‑Atlantic provider of structured cabling and network infrastructure services. The deal expands Kane's contiguous operating footprint into Virginia and strengthens its design, build, and maintenance capabilities as an add‑on to the Kane platform under new CEO John Wozniak.
