KDC Partnership has acquired a 10% stake in AI-factory/data center builder Eagle Mountain Data (EMDI). The investment is intended to provide growth capital to accelerate development of EMDI’s 1,000-megawatt portfolio of AI factories across the continental United States, with KDC retaining the right to acquire an additional 30% stake.
