Funds managed by CapVest Partners LLP have agreed to acquire Kerridge Commercial Systems Ltd (KCS), a UK-headquartered ERP and business management software provider for distributors, wholesalers and related trades, from Accel-KKR. KCS serves over 32,000 customers globally and employs more than 1,100 people; CapVest said it will pursue further growth and M&A to accelerate the company's cloud ERP strategy.

The deal strengthens KCS’s foothold in the Nordics and UK, adds roughly 1,100 customers (2,000 locations) to the group, and expands its offering into the tyre retail and wholesaler segment across Scandinavia and the UK/Ireland.
