Keysight Acquires Synopsys' Optical Solutions Group and Ansys' PowerArtist

Keysight Technologies completed the acquisition of the Optical Solutions Group from Synopsys and the PowerArtist product from Ansys. The deals expand Keysight's design engineering software and system-level simulation capabilities—adding optical/photonic design tools and RTL power-analysis capabilities to its portfolio.
