KGP Services, a Circet company, has acquired Further Enterprise Solutions (FES), a provider of RF engineering, optimization, installation, commissioning and staff augmentation services for the wireless communications industry. The acquisition — which adds FES's team of 300+ wireless services professionals — expands KGP/Circet's RF engineering and end-to-end wireless services capabilities for communications service and equipment providers.
