Kinderhook Industries Acquires Enhabit Home Health & Hospice

Kinderhook Industries will acquire Enhabit, a national home health and hospice provider, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion at an offer price of $13.80 per share. The deal takes Enhabit private and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions (including stockholder approval).
