KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS Acquires Knutsen Canadian Chartering AS (Hedda Knutsen)

KNOT Offshore Partners LP’s wholly owned subsidiary, KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS, agreed to acquire Knutsen Canadian Chartering AS, the owner of the DP2 shuttle tanker Hedda Knutsen, from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers AS. The purchase price was set at $113.0 million, net of $89.4 million of outstanding indebtedness, plus $0.8 million of capitalized fees.
