Equistone Partners Europe–backed adm Group has agreed to acquire Indicia Worldwide, the marketing communications and production business formerly owned by Konica Minolta. The transaction, subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to complete in Q2 2025 and will expand adm's global footprint and service offering across creative, data, production and procurement capabilities.
