Korn Ferry Completes Acquisition of AMS

Korn Ferry completed its acquisition of UK-headquartered AMS from OMERS Private Equity, paying approximately £473 million and $326 million in cash and issuing 3,118,628 shares. The completed deal combines the firms into a global talent and organizational consulting platform with nearly 17,000 colleagues across more than 130 offices.
