KPA Acquires AnchoRock

KPA, a provider of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) software, acquired AnchoRock, a mobile-first construction safety and compliance software company, to expand KPA’s construction-specific capabilities and accelerate growth in the construction end market. The deal is an add-on to KPA’s PE-backed platform and aims to deepen product functionality for contractors and broaden KPA’s middle-market customer base.
